This document sets out the terms and rules governing all users' use of the mh370 platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mh370 platform — including the website, mobile application, or related services — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the mh370 management. Acceptance of these terms also covers the privacy policy and responsible gaming guidelines available on the respective pages. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform.

Mh370 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of mh370 services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. mh370 will never request your password through any unofficial channel. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by any third party as a result of your negligence — remains your sole responsibility.

  • Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters long.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Contact support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
  • Mh370 reserves the right to suspend any account that shows signs of abuse or fraudulent activity.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As an mh370 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform’s systems or technical infrastructure.
  • Using another user's account or impersonating any individual or entity.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or unlawful content.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

Mh370 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any refund.

Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the mh370 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers. Available payment methods may vary in line with platform updates from time to time.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them. mh370 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Approved transactions cannot be reversed except under circumstances specified by platform policy.
  • Mh370 shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in transactions caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
  • Any fraudulent transaction attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Mh370 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses due to user decisions. The platform is provided "as is" and mh370 makes no express or implied warranties regarding its reliability or suitability for any particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mh370 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of mh370 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, or using any such content without explicit written permission from the management.

Third-Party Links

The mh370 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mh370 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure

Mh370 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close a user account if a terms violation, fraud, or platform abuse is detected, or upon request by a lawful authority. Where closure is due to a user violation, account balances may be withheld pending investigation. Users may also request voluntary account closure through the designated support channels.

Changes to These Terms

Mh370 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the official website and will be marked with the most recent effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
